2024-2025 SEQUOIA CALENDAR

KEY Sequoia specific information which may differ from the OUSD Calendar:

  • The first day of school is Monday, August 12th.

  • Every Wednesday is a minimum day. Minimum day dismissal is 1:15pm (new time for 2024-2025 school year).

  • Regular Day Dismissal is 3:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) unless a minimum day as specified below.

  • The week of August 12-16 is a minimum week for all grades (TK-5th). This is for teacher student assessments, your teacher will provide more information.

  • The week of August 19-23 is a minimum week for TK and Kinder grades only. This is for teacher student assessments, your teacher will provide more information.

  • The week of September 30-October 4 is a minimum week for all grades (TK-5th) for parent teacher conferences.

  • The week of March 3-7 is a minimum week for all grades (TK-5th) for parent teacher conferences.

  • The last three days of school, May 27-29 are all minimum days, with Monday, May 26th being a Holiday.
